Water Channel on Jalan Kapuk Raya Needs Normalization

The condition of a water channel alongside Jalan Kapuk Raya, Cengkareng, West Jakarta, is worrying. No wonder, the channel that strewn with mud and trash has caused overflowing waters when the rain pours the place.

That is why, the channel is urgently need normalization. This is because, besides road, the water also inundates citizen residential.

" We have repeatedly normalized the channel, yet it is unoptimal. Thus our residential is often inundated during rainy season ," said Ruminah, a citizen of RW 03 Kapuk Urban Village, Saturday (4/4).

Ampiun Connecting Channel is Normalized

Cengkareng Sub-District Head, Ali Maulana claimed citizen has reported the malfunctioned channel on Jalan Kapuk Raya to sub-district side. "We already proposed for normalization in the upcoming 2016 Regional Development Planning Forums (Musrenbang)," he stressed.
