Hundreds of Central Jakarta residents, accessed the post service for arranging and controlling population documents held in each urban village, Thursday (4/25). This service lasts until the end of April.

"As of mid-April, it was recorded that 4,139 residents had died and 2,989 of them had been deactivated. Then, another 1,150 are in the process of applying for the abolition of the Dukcapil Agency to Home Ministry. While, the NIK data of residents whose RT domicile has been deleted has reached 3,208 people and is currently in the verification stage," he explained.
According to him, the results of the initial data collection conducted by the Jakarta Dukcapil Agency had been released through the citizen data application. He urged residents to check directly, whether their NIK data was in the category of being deactivated or not.
Especially for residents in the Petamburan Urban Village area whose NIK is in the deactivated category and who want to conduct support, they were welcome to come to the service post at the village head's office. The post operates Monday to Thursday from 8 AM to 4 PM and Friday from 7.30 AM to 4.30 PM.
"The post will keep operating until October 2024. It is certain that objections submitted by residents through the post will be processed and solutions will be provided in accordance with applicable regulations," he concluded.
To confirm residents' complaints, field clarification would be conducted. Then, if the person concerned is known to have moved residence, they will be directed to propose the move according to the new domicile.
"All our services are free of charge. So far, five residents have reported to the post," he asserted.
Kebon Kosong Urban Village Head, Alfalas Susetyo Dewanto uttered that in his region, there were four RTs that had been removed affected by the construction of the Athlete's House. The four RTs are 13, 14, 15, and 16/RW 09, Kebon Kosong Urban Village.
"As of last Wednesday, 195 residents had reported objections regarding their NIK to the Post for Structuring and Controlling Population Documents according to Domicile in Kebon Kosong Urban Village," he uttered.
