More than 9,000 people visited Taman Mini Indonesia Indah (TMII) at Cipayung, East Jakarta, Friday (4/19) since 7 AM to 3 PM.
Visitors mostly come from Jabodetabek
TMII Public Relation Section Head, Novera Mayang, said visitors mostly visited Wahana Kereta Gantung (cable car), Taman Burung (bird park) and Taman Reptil (reptile park).

According to Mayang, TMII is still a favorite tourist destination in Jakarta, because it has many educational and cultural attractions as well as interesting entertainment. Apart from that, the entry ticket price is relatively cheap, only Rp 25,000 per person.
"TMII operational hour starts from 6 AM to 8 PM during long holiday. Up to 3 PM, the number of visitor reached 9,000 people," she added.
Meanwhile, Sonya (45), one of visitors, admitted TMII is near and ticket price is affordable.
"Ticket price is cheap and it entertains my family much," she admitted.
