In accordance with the mandate of Law Number 2/2024 on the Special Region of Jakarta (DKJ), superior human resources are needed to prepare Jakarta as a global scale business city and Golden Indonesia 2045.

He mentioned there were three important things in building Jakarta as a Global City that prioritizes improving the quality of life of residents. First, making the city livable which includes aspects from housing to residents' health.
Second, pay attention to environmental aspects which include waste processing, sanitation and waste water. Third, complete the accessibility aspect which includes the development of public transportation and roads.
