The Jakarta Transportation Agency (Dishub) is set to apply traffic diversion on Sunday (5/19) in order to smoothen the declaration for the city's 497th anniversary at Bundaran HI, Central Jakarta.

It coincides with Car Free Day (CFD) from 6 AM to 10 AM along Jalan MH Thamrin and Jalan Jenderal Sudirman, with the main stage at Bundaran HI.

Mas Mansyur; Jalan Karet Pasar Baru Timur 5; Kupingan Kolong Sudirman; Jalan Kotabumi & Jalan Baturaja; Jalan Teluk Betung; Jalan Kebon Kacang; Jalan Sunda; Imam Bonjol Traffic Light; Sumenep Tosari; Landmark (Indocement); Jalan Setiabudi; Jalan Prof. Dr. Satrio; Jalan Masjid (Sampoerna); Jalan Garnisun & Kolong Semanggi; Jalur Lambat, Simpang Susun Semanggi and Kupingan Semanggi (Gatsu); SCBD; and Jalan Tulodong Atas 2 next to CIMB.
As for access roads from east to west and vice versa that can still be crossed are Jalan Budi Kemuliaan and Jalan Medan Merdeka Selatan; Jalan Kebon Sirih from the west. In the direction from the east, it is closed at Agus Salim Intersection; Jalan KH Wahid Hasyim; and Jalan Galunggung-Penjernihan 1.
During the event, traffic diversion will be applied with the following routes:
1. Vehicles from south to north will be directed through Jalan Asia Afrika - Jalan Gerbang Pemuda - Jalan Gatot Subroto - Jalan K. S. Tubun - Jalan K. H. Mas Mansyur - Jalan Cideng - and so on, or take Jalan H. R. Rasuna Said - Jalan Prof. Dr. Satrio - Jalan K.H. Mas Mansyur - and so on, applies in the opposite direction.
2. From north to south, the motorists will be directed to Jalan Medan Merdeka Selatan - Jalan M. Ridwan Rais - Jalan Tugu Tani - Jalan Menteng - Jalan Cut Meutia - Jalan Dr. G. S. S. J. Samratulangi - Jalan H. O. S. Cokroaminoto - Jalan H. R. Rasuna Said or take Jalan Gunung Sahari - Jalan Kramat Raya - Jalan Salemba - Jalan Proklamasi - Jalan Tambak - Jalan Prof. Dr. Saharjo - and so on.
3. From west to east and vice versa, the motorists will be directed to Jalan Budi Kemuliaan-Jalan Merdeka Selatan, Jalan Kebon Sirih (West-East), Jalan K. H. Wahid Hasyim, Jalan Galunggung-Penjernihan 1

* From the south only serves to the Transjakarta Polda Bus Stop, then to the north, it is diverted via: Jalan Jenderal Sudirman, Jalan Gatot Subroto - Jalan Letjend S. Parman - Jalan Tomang Raya - Jalan Kyai Caringin - Jalan Balikpapan - Jalan Suryopranoto - Simpang Harmoni
* From the north it only serves until the Transjakarta Harmoni Bus Stop, then to go south, it is diverted via: Simpang Harmoni turn left to Jalan Ir. H. Juanda turn around - Jalan Veteran - Jalan Suryopranoto - Jalan Balikpapan - Jalan Kyai Caringin - Jalan Tomang Raya - Jalan Letjend S.
