"We exchange experiences, provide education or enlightenment, especially planning regional financial programs, especially in the financial planning system that has been implemented by the Central Jakarta administration," he explained.
He hoped that the presentation would provide a complete picture and provide positive input for the South Bangka Regency administration. Thus, they have a reference for implementing financial reforms and updates that can be implemented in the region of origin.
Central Jakarta Regional Financial Management Sub-agency Head, Devi Riana uttered that the planning and budgeting system that is currently implemented is already a system. Meanwhile, in South Bangka Regency, it is still done manually.
According to him, an application system for implementing planning and budgeting would make it easier, so that actual calculations of physical work and financial reports could be synchronized.
"Hopefully, with this visit, they and we can do better in planning and executing budgets," he concluded.
