Dukuh PPSU Conducts Arrangement at Jalan Kampus

Four members of PPSU in Dukuh Urban Village, Kramat Jati, East Jakarta, arranged the area of ​​Jalan Kampus RT 14/RW 04. The arrangement was conducted by creating murals, parks, and ornamental fish ponds.

Dukuh Urban Village's Economy and Development Staff, Joko said PPSU made murals on residents' walls 20 meters long with a height of between 2.5 and three in the area.

According to him, the arrangement of the third stage of the superior area had started in mid-July and was targeted for completion in mid-September.

"The work progress has touched 90 percent," he expressed.

One of the PPSU members, Iwan Gunawan explained they made murals with greening concepts and other educational elements.

"The mural concept is about greening, thus the environment remains well maintained and preserved," he explained.

Personnel also built a park and an ornamental fish pond measuring 2x2 meters. This pond is decorated with a mountain-style garden complete with fountains and fountains.

"At the location, we also put a sorting trash bin," he explained.

RW 04 Dukuh Chairman, Tri Wulantoro added the land that was initially arranged looked shabby, but now it has been neatly, thus it looks very attractive.

"Based on the residents' deliberation, it was agreed that the land arrangement would be chosen here because the conditions were dirty and chaotic," he expressed.

At the location, his party also independently painted the BRC fence separating the Jagorawi Toll Road with colorful colors. Then 25 trees along Jalan Penggilingan will be fitted with black and white checkered pattern covers, to make them more attractive and appear different from other areas.

"We will also set up an integrated security post for security systems," he added.

The arrangement above received appreciation from one of the residents in RT 14/04 Dukuh Urban Village, Uni Salamah (45).

"Even though it's not 100 percent complete, now many people, especially teenagers, take photos with the wall that has been painted in the background," she concluded.
