Fahrullah explained that this program also involved PMI volunteers, PMR, KSR, TSR elements, and the local community.
Secretary General of the Korean Red Cross, Jongsul Park, assessed that the Seribu Islands are the right location for planting mangroves because they are a coastal tourist area.
"We want to create more Mangrove forests to preserve nature. Mangroves have many benefits such as reducing the risk of disasters and can be a habitat for marine biota," he stated.
