Sea World Ancol Launches Educational Book for Children

Sea World Ancol synergizes with book publisher Erlangga to launch educational books for children. This innovation is in the framework of Sea World Ancol's 32nd anniversary.

At the same moment, Sea World Ancol synergizes with local illustrator WD Willy and also launched exclusive merchandise products that have uniqueness, namely displaying designs of cute marine life. This shirt comes in three very attractive design choices and will give a cheerful and fun impression.

School Holiday, Ancol Presents Exciting Events

PT Pembangunan Jaya Ancol Opeational Director, Eddy Prastiyo admitted he was proud that Sea World Ancol had been present to entertain and educate the Indonesian people for the past 30 years.

"Through this educational book, Sea World Ancol will continue to provide exciting learning experiences about marine and freshwater biota entertainingly and enjoyably that can reach a wider audience," he expressed, Friday (10/4).

Previously, in this anniversary celebration moment, Sea World Ancol invited 150 orphans to experience the happiness of exploring Sea World Ancol, Samudra, and Jakarta Bird Land.

As for the information, Sea World Ancol began operating in 1994 in Ancol Taman Impian tourist area. However, the laying of the first stone was conducted on October 2, 1992, which became the milestone for the birth of the most popular aquarium tourist destination in Indonesia.

Sea World Ancol is a complete educational destination about the marine world. Carrying three major missions, namely education, conservation, and entertainment, Sea World Ancol positions itself as a quality entertainment venue.

Having a collection of more than 150 types of biota ranging from freshwater fish and sea fish to various types of invertebrates displayed in dozens of display aquariums and in a giant aquarium that has a tunnel called Antasena.

Each aquarium display has a special theme to give a unique nuance to the message it conveys. Additionally, to increase knowledge about the displayed biota, it is also completed with a label containing information about the biota both biologically and its uniqueness.
