After successfully organizing street vendors (PKL) in Monas park to Lenggang Jakarta culinary and hawker center, Jakarta Provincial Government will implement similar programs in Setu Babakan area, Jagakarsa, South Jakarta.

To succeed the program in Betawi Township, the Jakarta Small and Medium Enterprises Cooperatives Department (KUMKMP) still study the condition in the area.
"We still study the vendors' culture in there," told Joko Kundaryo, Jakarta Small and Medium Enterprises Cooperatives Department Head, Monday (5/25).

"The vendors in Setu Babakan still not managed well so look disorganized and erratic," he told.
Kundaryo continued, his side also surveyed vendors in the area to get information about the vendors who is local resident or from outside Jakarta.
"We will verify them based on ID-Card (KTP) and family card (KK) to know they are local residents or not," he told.
Kundaryo revealed, his side will give all concepts to Setu Babakan vendors. If the local vendors are not agreeing with the concept, his side will take the vendors from outside of Setu Babakan area.
"We will take the vendors from the outside if the local not agree with the concept. We believe the local will also join the concept later," he explained.
