Khoirudin also suggested that the Perumda PAM Jaya's business profit can be used for residents need and its development.
As for information, the program is effectively implemented in January 2025 for one year with periodic evaluation. Special tariff and several other benefits are given for eligible customers.
Aside from getting affordable tariff, card holders will also get priority service if there is a water supply disruption. The service namely free water delivery by PAM Jaya tanker truck to ensure that water needs are met.
Customers of 2A1 and 2A2 who face water supply disruptions during a certain period are able to report their condition through the PAM JAYA Contact Center (1500-223). After being verified, compensation will be given on the following month's bill. The program can be used maximally once per month.
