According to him, two observation officers who have seen the crescent moon had taken an oath. Then, the results of the observation had also been confirmed by the Religious Judge.

Generally, the observation of the crescent moon found its height to be between 3 degrees 5.91 minutes and 4 degrees 40.96 minutes. The elevation angle observed ranged from 4 degrees 47.3 minutes to 6 degrees 24.14 minutes.
