The road of Jalan Jatinegara Barat in Kampung Melayu Urban Village, Jatinegara District, East Jakarta has been passable since last night, Tuesday (3/4), at 10 PM.

Jatinegara District's Transportation Implementer Unit Head, Agustang stated 20 personnel were deployed in two shifts to guard and manage traffic since yesterday's noon until evening.
"Personnel were spread to several intersections to manage vehicles heading to Matraman from Kampung Melayu," he added.
According to him, traffic engineering was also applied to smooth the vehicles mobility due to inundation on Jalan Jatinegara Barat caused by overflowing Ciliwung River.
"Thanks God the water receded and Jalan Jatinegara Barat is back to normal," he stated.
