He explained Jakarta contributed 16.7 percent of the Gross Domestic Product (GDP) nationally. However, Jakarta's growth during 2024 was around 4.9 percent below the national 5.02 percent.

Therefore, the Chamber of Commerce and Industry was urged to work together to improve Jakarta from a business perspective.
He was optimistic that Jakarta would progress if the business world is healthy, transparent and well-managed by people who want to build this city.
"We must be the main locomotive. I will encourage them to play a role in advancing Jakarta according to the portion that has been carried out so far," he stressed.
His party was also committed to making Jakarta's face friendlier, kinder, more helpful and no longer making things difficult for business people.
