Jakarta Maritime, Agriculture and Food Security Agency Head, Suharini Eliawati said, this year's harvest involved around 1,330 participants, including PKK cadres, urban farming enthusiasts, fish farmers, and government representatives.

"The harvest potential at 266 points this time is 20 tons," she expressed, Wednesday (3/19).
This aimed to increase food supply ahead of Eid and support the President's Asta Cita program in achieving food self-sufficiency.
"Hopefully, this can inspire the community to continue developing urban agriculture and fisheries in Jakarta," she continued.
She added harvesting chili peppers with a smart farming system is an important innovation in urban farming.
"With this technology, irrigation, fertilization, and the regulation of temperature and humidity can be done automatically, increasing efficiency and crop yields," he added.
The same activities are also spotted simultaneously in other regions:
• East Jakarta: Deputy Governor and Acting East Jakarta Mayor harvested chili in a greenhouse
• Central Jakarta: Central Jakarta Mayor harvested fish at Pokdakan Selaras, Angkasa Pura Complex
• West Jakarta: West Jakarta Mayor harvested chili and other vegetables at the Kembangan Agricultural Counseling Center
• South Jakarta: South Jakarta Mayor harvested tilapia fish at Taman Sehati Pesanggrahan
• North Jakarta: North Jakarta Mayor conducted a harvest of vegetables and fish on the rooftop of the Mayor's Parking Building on the 9th floor
• Seribu Islands: Seribu Islands Acting Regent harvested fish in the Floating Net Cage (KJA), Tidung Mandiri Fishery Group, Tidung Island
