The 13,923 people spread out to 11 flats over East Jakarta are Cakung Barat Flat with 1,040 people, Tipar Cakung (3,687), Pinus Elok (2,892), Komaruddin Penggilingan (1,475), Pulogebang Indah (1,326), Pondok Bambu (265), Cipinang Besar Selatan (1,091), Cipinang Muara II (905), Pulo Jahe (486) and Jatinegara Kaum (756).

While for Jatinegara Barat flat, the data has not been recorded since there was no neighbor/community unit established.

Likewise, out of 449 from 13,923 people had a civil registration service such as electronic/regular ID-Card and 497 birth certificates. “We gonna visit them ad our administration service,” he disclosed.
