Ahok Responds Kampung Pulo Resident's Report Casually

Jakarta Governor, Basuki Tjahaja Purnama (Ahok) responded casually Kampung Pulo citizen's accusation which reported to State Administrative Court (PTUN) since July 8th, 2015 ago.

Ahok said, all people have the same rights to cast lawsuit. Moreover, his side will prepare evidence of which is owned by Jakarta Legal Bureau.

Kampung Pulo Demolishment Awaits for Governor's Instruction

Based on the claimant, the letter sent on June 15, 2015 was deemed to have violated Law No. 5 of 1986 and Law No. 9 of 2004 Article 53, paragraph 2 of the State Administrative Court. In this case, the government considered to violate the rules in the process of warning letter production and delivery that sent to Kampung Pulo Citizen who affected by Ciliwung normalization.

Later, the citizen will be relocated to flat (rusunawa) prepared by Jakarta Provincial Government. Furthermore, Jakarta Housing and Government Building targeted to move all householders (KK) in Kampung Pulo, Kampung Melayu Urban Village to Jatinegara Barat Flat on upcoming August.

Currently, as many as 60 of 900 KK who already moved into Jatinegara Barat Flat. While 420 KK other joined unit draw and 100 KK had received keys from 520 units.
