During today, unscrupulous person often use the location as sand base along Jalan RE Martadinata until Ancol Pump House to get profit. Besides not in place, the sand bases also make congestion because many sand trucks were parked recklessly.

Tanjung Priok Urban Village Satpol PP Head, Siti Mulyati uttered, his side often get complaints from citizen. However, sand base keep popping back even though her side has controlling the location repeatedly.

"So, we control it again today. We also coordinated with Bina Marga and Water Management to build side walk and trenches on both sides of the road to prevent sand base reappear," she told Thursday (8/6).
