Ahok Grateful Served as Inspector at Independence Day Ceremony

Today, August 17th, 2015, is the first time of Jakarta Governor, Basuki Tjahaja Purnama (Ahok) became a Ceremony Inspector in 70th Indonesia Independence Day after last year he had accompanied Mr. Jokowi as Vice Governor.

Ahok acknowledged, his experience as ceremony inspector in East Belitung is not much different than in Jakarta. Jakarta atmosphere is livelier than his hometown.

"I also did the same thing in East Belitung before. With Jakarta, its atmosphere is not much different," he told, after he led the ceremony of 70th Independence Day in Silang Monas, Central Jakarta, Monday (8/17).

He was grateful because he can serve as Jakarta Governor when Indonesia entered the age of 70th. That is by helping the needy to get aid, such as education and health.
