Head of Administration Division for Jakarta One-Stop Integrated Service Agency (BPTSP), Erwin asserted his side will take firm action to those staffs who are caught slowing down service to citizens. 

In serving citizens, they must not slow down the process. No matter what's need it should be ready

He told, as his mission, the staffs are demanded to be able to serve citizens well, friendly, quickly and easily "In serving citizens, they must not slow down the process. No matter what's need it should be ready," he exclaimed when he visited Seribu Islands PTSP office, Monday (8/24). 

He also reminded not to try ask for illegal charges to citizens. 

"No tolerance for any staff of Seribu Islands PTSP who are caught to do such thing," he asserted.
