"The system is still offline, if there are files coming, we have to reject them, but we ask the contact numbers thus we can contact if the systems is already normal," she explained.
According to the information, she added, the system would be normal yesterday but it was still not until the afternoon.
"We could print 5 E-ID Cards a day, but if such condition keep going it will impact on those who need, we hope the system would be normal again," she hoped.
