"I ordered the headmen and the police to enforce non-smoking area in locations that are deemed essential, and should be monitored, not only writing or appeal," said Regent of Seribu Islands Regent, Budi Utomo, Friday (28/8).

Earlier, during a dialogue with officers of Pari Island Urban Village Puskesmas, he was surprised when he knew many patients suffering from ISPA. He then decided to issue the Bylaw No. 2/2005 on Control of Air Pollution and Governor Regulation No. 88/2010 on No Smoking Area in Pari Island.
