A Kopaja Driver Sentenced to 6 Years in Prison

Budi Wahyono (26), a driver of Kopaja 612 Route Kampung Melayu-Ragunan who hit a motorcyclist with his wife to death, finally named as a suspect. He will be sentenced to 6 years in prison. 

The suspect was charged with article 310 as he drove the vehicle not appropriate with the rules and causing the victims died

Chief of Traffic Accident Unit for South Jakarta Metro Resort Police, Ipda Bakti Butar-Butar stated the suspect was been investigated for 24 hours. Based on his information, the investigator named him as the suspect. "Now, he has been named as the suspect," said Butar-Butar, Thursday (9/17). 

Furthermore, he is currently undergoing urine test, it aims to know whether he was using drugs or not in the incident. 

Transjakarta Bus Driver Named as The Suspect

"He had undergone a urine test in a clinic near the location and the result is negative. But we will still re-test it," he explained. 

According to him, the suspect is charged with Article 310 Verse 4, 3, 2, and 1 with punishment 6 years in prison. "The suspect was charged with article 310 as he drove the vehicle not appropriate with the rules and causing the victims died," he uttered.
