Head of Central Jakarta Maritime, Agriculture, and Food Security Sub-Department, Mulyadi stated, those 7 cows are 3 cows from Trade Ministry Office, Jalan Medan Merdeka Timur, and 4 cows from Istiqlal Mosque.

"Whole cow livers containing of tapeworm are destroyed by being soaked with disinfectant and buried. It aims to prevent the animal's body parts to be consumed by citizens," he stated, Friday (9/25).

The slaughtering was conducted in the ministry office. Of 35 cows slaughtered, 3 of them contain of heartworms. While in Istiqlal Mosque, there were 24 cows and 12 goats slaughtered. Of the numbers, 4 of them also contain of heartworms.

Until this time, his party is still conducting examination towards sacrificial animal in some locations.

"If there are still found unworthy cows offal, it will be destroyed," he closed.
