Jakarta Governor, Basuki “Ahok” T Purnama is still seeking the right system to calculate portion of performance allowance for civil servants.

“ We’re calculating dinamic allowance portion. This is because I still find unruly civil servants. They do not work, but still make money, ” he said at City Hall, Tuesday (9/29).

He explained that since last April, the performance allowance has not been disbursed. They merely received salary and allowance based on attendance. “We won’t let them keep cheating. That’s why we have to set new system,” he uttered.

Head of Jakarta Inspectorate, Lasro Marbun confirmed indeed performance allowance is not disbursed yet. Due to in previous system, the performance allowance variable was not disbursed in fourth month and so on.

“I’ll find out it this week, what’s wrong with it,” he disclosed.
