Eliminate Gap Between PNS, BKD Determined Appropriate Amount for Allowance

To eliminate gap between civil servants (PNS), Jakarta Employment Agency (BKD) have determined the appropriate amount of regional performance allowance (TKD) that will be included in Gubernatorial Regulation (Pergub) revision No 207 Year 2014 about TKD Jakarta civil servant.

Now, we can give the appropriate number for each point

Jakarta Employment Agency (BKD) Head, Agus Suradika said the revision will focused on discussion to give equality for every civil servant in Jakarta. "We want this allowance not create gap between civil servants. As example, between teacher and administration staff will get appropriate allowance," told Suradika, Wednesday (6/10).

He revealed, in old governor regulation, the gap between headmaster and administration head allowance is large enough. But now, his side had made the grading. "Now, we can give the appropriate number for each point," he said.

He explained the teacher certification allowance will be taken into account, including the school superintendent. "We hope the allowance for teacher does not differ much than the allowance for structural employee," he explained.

However, Suradika admitted, his side still calculating the amount in more detail. "I can't show you the amount for now because we still inspect it again. At least, the amount will not exceed the budget cap which has been defined in 2015 City Budget (APBD)," he explained.

He added, the Jakarta Health Department is still calculating the incentive amount that will be given to nurse that joined in one RW one nurse program.

"The design still discussed by Health Department. But, if they work as nurse with civil servants status, they will follow this Gubernatorial Regulation revision," he disclosed.
