Jakarta Governor, Djarot Saiful Hidayat is optimistic 2016 City Budget (APBD) can utilize legal basis of bylaw. Whereas, the discussion over city budget is keep being intensified by City Legislative Council (DPRD) and City Administration.

“We want to try as hard as I can to utilize this bylaw. I think council has the same vision,” he expressed, Wednesday (10/21).
Both parties are currently focused on discussion of the City Budget policy and City's Budget Priorities and Preliminary Thresholds (KUA PPAS) to be legitimized in next November and continue to the formation of City Budget Preparation Team (TPAD).
