Seribu Islands Water Management Sub-Department disputed that the broken Reverse Osmosis machine is because of no maintenance. Considering, until this time the maintenance and budget of the machine is still on the Industry and Energy Sub-Department.

"No budget or program for RO or SWRO, it's on the Water Management
Department," said Head of Seribu Islands Water Management Sub-Department,
Rischal A Pasombo, Tuesday (10/27).
Pasombo told that if there is so, it is not even on the sub-department yet the department directly.
"We only have budget 7 billion and it's not for RO or SWRO, if we force it we would violate the rule," he expressed.
He added, the authorities are the assets user that is the Water Management Sub-Department to BPKD and last to the Water Management Department.
The sub-department itself throughout 2015 is working on breakwater in 13 locations of residential island and development of Waste Water Processing Installation (IPAL).
