The South Jakarta Water Management Sub-Department, is targeting normalization of the Mampang Prapatan River at Jalan Pondok Karya, Mampang Prapatan, to be complete this month.
The normalization has been ongoing since Thursday (10/29), and is targeted to be completed this month
According to Deddy Budiwidodo, Head of South Jakarta Water Management Sub-Department, Pondok Karya is one of the flood-prone areas, thus it needs normalization.
Channel Normalization Along Jalan Dwi Warna Raya Stagnated
"The normalization has been ongoing since Thursday (10/29), and is targeted to be completed this month," he told, Tuesday (11/3).
He disclosed, normalization along 500 meters, as many as two heavy equipments have been sent to the field.
"We will be normalized up to 1-1.5 meters," he finished.
