Working Meeting About Family Planning Program & Counseling Held

The ranks of family planning program (PLKB) and the family planning counseling (PKB) must be able to provide accurate data from the public. Because these data are preliminary data for other agencies to plan programs for the community.

"The program on population and family planning is a national program that has a wide impact for the people. Therefore, the mayor and I requested your role to support this program," disclosed Deputy Mayor of Central Jakarta, Arifin, while opening a terriority working meeting (Rakerwil) and Review on Population Program, Wednesday (11/4).

In that occasion, as many as 140 PLKBs and PKBs attended as participant. They explained, the program has been run, planned along with its obstacles encountered.

Meanwhile, Head of Central Jakarta Family Planning and Women and Community Empowerment Office (KPMPKB), Endang Widaningsih disclosed, the 2015 population and family planning program is expected could run well. Thus population problem can be resolved, particularly family planning in Central Jakarta.

"Through this meeting, is hoped all programs this year could run well. But surely, we need support from other elements," he uttered.
