East Jakarta Administration attached a signpost at Jakarta Provincial Government’s land on Jalan Wirajasa 2 No. 8, RT 10/07, Cipinang Melayu, Makasar. The 7,128 meter square land is owned by Jakarta Provincial Government according to SPH 108/80.
Now the land is occupied by 40 illegal buildings
East Jakarta Mayor, Bambang Musyawardana, said the signpost attachment is aimed to avoid the land being owned by private. Today’s condition, the land is occupied by residents since 2010 ago. There are 40 illegal buildings and fishing area.
