As much as 38 officers under serving Jakarta Transportation Dept are sentenced to disciplinary. This is because they did a number of offenses in conducting the tasks.

Therefore, his dept is currently completing all the officers with a pocket book. Later on, every transgression and appreciation will be written as a record for each officer.

"There should be sanction for all violations, one notes that often is like playing phone in working hours," he said.

He went on the say that an application for member post tracking is still being designed. The smartphone-based application could detect whether the officer is on duty or not.

"Every six months we will do mutation, either those are in the field or in the office," he finished.
