City Secretary, Saefullah stated Eid allowance (THR) for freelance workers (PHL) and PPSU can already be disbursed next week. It is just waiting for a signing of Jakarta Governor, Basuki T Purnama regarding Gubernatorial Regulation Draft on THR.

"Eid allowance for PHL and PPSU will be disbursed next week. We just await a signing from Mr. Basuki," he stated, Saturday (6/18).
According to him, the city administration has budgeted a salary of a thirteenth for them through City Budget (APBD). "It will be paid ahead of Eid ul Fitr," he told.
E. Jakarta Manpower Sub-Dept. Supervises THR PaymentSaefullah added, the payment would initially be paid seven days prior to Eid ul Fitr. Due to some consideration, its payment will be accelerated.
"Consideration in question is where seven days prior Eid, the staples price will be expensive, it will be useless. So we accelerate its payment," he expressed.
He made sure after the regulation was signed by Basuki, payments will be made. Jakarta Asset and Financial Management Body (BPKAD) will directly send THR to each accounts.
