Jakarta Vice Governor, Djarot Saiful Hidayat has prepared a concept for slum arrangement in the capital. From three concepts, he would choose the best one to be applied in 2017 budget.

Among those concepts are to arrange settlement through row village program. It was ever popularized by Jakarta Governor, Joko 'Jokowi' Widodo.

Second, he continued, the densely populated area can be arranged through healthy house concept. It had been applied when he was still serving as Mayor of Blitar. He explained, it is different with Jokowi's row village. This is also for public toilet arrangement.
