Jakarta Vice Governor, Djarot Saiful Hidayat asks the Minhaajurrosydiin Boarding School to develop a dam as a requirement of land conversion. This is because the land that used is categorized as green belt, not brown (education sector).

The boarding school side is willing to develop a big dam. After that, it would be granted to Jakarta Provincial Government

"The boarding school side is willing to develop a big dam. After that, it would be granted to Jakarta Provincial Government," he stated, after welcoming representatives of Minhaajurrosyidiin Boarding School, at City Hall, Wednesday (10/5). 

If it is realized, it could solve inundation in Lubang Buaya Urban Village. This is because, all this time, the location is often inundated when it rains.

"Later on we evaluate its calculation. Minimally with dam existence becomes solution to anticipate flood there," he expressed.

Further, he disclosed, if education facility is widened, the visitor should only be entered into education area by bike. This is done to reduce pollution at the site.

"I make a proposal to them, when I went to the Ponpes, where vehicle cannot enter but bike," he finished.
