75 Activities Auctioned through ULP

As an effort to realize governance that is clean and free from corruption, collusion, and nepotism (KKN), Jakarta Provincial Government conducting process of activity auction through Goods and Services Procurement Unit (ULP). With this system, hopefully there will be no winning bidder monopoly again. Until now, there are 75 activities have been recorded in auction process.

Head of Jakarta ULP, I Dewa Gede Sony Ariyawan, said that from 5,114 total packages, only 75 packages have been auctioned, while the remaining packages are still waiting for document completion. “The auction process details can be seen through www.ipse.jakarta.go.id website,” he stated, Tuesday (5/27).
According to Ariyawan, from 75 packages that have been auctioned, two packages have finished all auction process. Those packages are elementary school (SD) exam sheets printing from Jakarta Education Department and security services of Tanah Abang Community Health Center (Puskesmas) Regional Public Services Agency (BLUD) office from Jakarta Health Department.
“In this auction process, there are also some documents returned to be improved. When it’s done, and completed, the documents must be immediately returned to be auctioned by ULP,” he uttered.
As known, all physical auctions which budget above Rp 200 millon and service auctions above Rp 50 million will be conducted through ULP. From 7,000 packages of activities to be auctioned, only 73 percent of 5,114 packages proposed to ULP. From those total, 142 packages were returned to related units due to incomplete documents.
Not every goods can be purchased through ULP. Most of the customers are already listed in e-catalog and e-purchasing. If both online systems were not available, each working unit (SKPD/UKPD) can conduct auction through ULP.
