House execution on Jalan Kayu Putih VI D/21, Pulogadung, East Jakarta ended chaotic. The riot started when house owner, John Hamenda mocked and prevented East Jakarta General Court bailiff.
The house owner kept preventing officers by parking his car in front of the house. The owner was refusing the execution because he assessed that state court decision letter is falsified by some individual.
East Jakarta General Court vice, Amin said, house execution was actually proposed since 2007 by winning bidder in the name of Santi Dewi Gani. “But the execution could be started this time," Amin said, Wednesday (5/28).
Execution of LPK Saint Mary PostponedAmin continued that his side has a commitment to support auction winner enjoying the property. Responding about the signature falsify, Amin added, it has no relation with the house execution.
Moreover, the lawsuit about alleged signature falsified is just conducted in early 2014, and just transferred to the court.
“There was resistance conducted in 2009 before the lawsuit exists, but it was failed on PK level. Thus, we still have to conduct this execution,” Amin expressed.
