Jakarta Tourism and Culture (Disparbud) shows Betawi house miniature in South Sumatera (Sumsel) Expo 2017. There are also another games and performing arts displayed in that event which located at Benteng Koto Besak, Palembang, May 15-20, 2017.
The concept of our booth is mixing between Betawi culture and Jakarta's modern city side
Jakarta Disparbud Head, Catur Laswanto said, in this event also introducing the way of these cities arranging their infrastructure towards Asian Games 2018.
Jakarta Disparbud's Destination and Marketing Department Head, Linda Enriany explained, Betawi house miniature which decorated with distinctive ornaments and attraction of making kerak telor become its own charm to attract visitors. Many visitors came to try Jakarta's typical food and use Jakarta Disparbud booth as photo object.
City Continues to Conserve Betawi Culture"The concept of our booth is mixing between Betawi culture and Jakarta's modern city side. Visitors can feel the atmosphere of Betawi house's terrace while get some information of city tourism destination from Jakarta Abang-None," she expressed, Saturday (5/20).
Various of interactive activities such as photo contest in social media, guess the picture between Jakarta's Abang None and Disparbud staff with visitors were run lively and felt close each other.
"Our target is
to introduce Jakarta culture and tourism destination potentials in here," she closed.
