Due to unoptimal performance, 30 officers of West Jakarta Water Resources Sub-dept. are normalizing a 1,150-meter-long water channel on Jalan Mangga Besar IV, Taman Sari.

Taman Sari Sub-district Water Resources Exexuting Unit Head, Sugeng Sugiono said, channel is strewn by mud. Its wide is also varied, thus it cannot accommodate water optimally.
"The channel wide is varied, from 60-80 centimeters. It will be widened up to 80 centimeters and be deepened up to 1 meter," he stated, Tuesday (5/23).
