E. Jakarta KPKP Sub-dept. was Monitored Foods in Five Markets

Dozens joint personnel monitored food products in East Jakarta five traditional markets. This was done to prevent consumers from food contains dangerous substances.

No dangerous food products found in those five markets

East Jakarta Maritime Agriculture and Food Tenacity (KPKP) Sub-dept. Head, Agung Priambodo said, Perumnas Klender, Klender SS, Ciplak, Pondok Bambu, and Sawah Barat Markets were controlled yesterday.

75 personnel from KPKP Sub-dept., Health Sub-dept., KUKMP Sub-dept., urban village, sub-district, Satpol PP, and other units were deployed for monitoring.

Food Products in Five Traditional Markets in E. Jakarta Examined

"No dangerous food products found in those five markets," he said, Tuesday (7/25).

Since there were no dangerous food products founded, it showed that merchants are aware of chemical substance danger inside foods.

294 food samples were taken to be checked in laboratory."We will continue to monitor it gradually," he closed.
