160 street vendors (PKL) who are netted during orderly sidewalk have entered the stage of a minor criminal trial (tipiring).

Until Sunday (8/13) yesterday, total number of PKL netted from orderly sidewalk in five cities is reaching 1,005 people.

Most of the netted merchandises are seized in Satpol PP Warehouse, Cakung area, East Jakarta.
"They (PKL) can redeem their merchandise after undergoing tipiring and paying a fine," he expressed, at City Hall, Monday (8/14).
According to him, the data of PKL is also recorded. This is done, as some of them are identified as coaching vendors under Jakarta Small and Medium Enterprises and Cooperative Dept. (KUKMP).
"Nevertheless, most of those who take part in tipiring are not coaching vendor. They sell on the sidewalk by setting up a permanent building," he stated.
They would be fined between Rp 100,000-Rp 1,000,000 in accordance with the level of violation. The tipiring itself is held by District Court in each region.
"The find paid will be deposited to our state treasury. Talk about the nominal, we don't know because it's directly handled by the court," he closed.
