According to him, the three residents are not only from his urban village but also from other regions because the road is the border between Grogol Selatan and Cipulir Urban Village. "There are two people of Grogol Selatan, and one of Cipulir resident. They litter the garbage at night while passing and throw it in the middle of the separator," told Wibowo.
