Bekasi Mayor Rahmat Effendi added that the two flyovers would be listed as assets belonging to the West Java Provincial Government.
He hoped that this cooperation could be developed to overcome transportation issues and the mobility of citizens between the two regions.
"On behalf of Bekasi people, we sincerely thank the Governor for giving access. If there are 19 jam spots, two of them will be resolved, means there are 17 jam spots that we must continue to make improvements," he said.
