The coronavirus or COVID-19 is thought to spread mainly from person-to-person. This can happen between people who are in close contact with one another. However, the Jakarta Provincial Government continues to implement a healthy lifestyle in order to avoid this virus.

As instructed by the South Jakarta Mayor Marullah Matali who has urged its citizens to stay maintain health and adopt a healthy lifestyle.
"Don't just wear a mask, but do a healthy lifestyle," he expressed, at the Manggarai Pesona RPTRA, Tebet, South Jakarta, Wednesday (3/4).

In the meantime, South Jakarta Health Sub-agency Head M Helmi gives 10 steps to ward off coronavirus transmission. Among others are by washing hands with soap and running water, eating a balanced nutritious diet, exercising and getting enough rest.
"If you have a fever and shortness, you must seek treatment at the nearest hospital. If you cough, use a mask," he stated.
