Sudinhub Records 1,922 PSBB Violators on May 1-4 in Central Jakarta

Central Jakarta Transportation Sub-agency (Sudinhub) announced, number of violators (two-wheeled and four-wheeled vehicles) during Large-scale Social Restrictions (PSBB) period on May 1-4, 2020 reached 1,922 violators.

Central Jakarta Sudinhub Head, Mohammad Soleh conveyed, the violators were dominated by two-wheeled vehicles with total 1,352 violators and 570 violators for four-wheeled vehicles.

Increasing Number of Road Users Who Comply with PSBB Regulations in South Jakarta

For two-wheeled violators, as many as 728 motorists didn't wear mask, 495 motorists didn't wear gloves, and 129 motorists carried passengers who didn't share the same address with them.

"Total 1,922 PSBB violators in Central Jakarta on May 1-4," he Tuesday (5/5).

Last month, he continued, number of PSBB violators reached 13,829 violators with total 8,140 two-wheeled vehicles and 5,689 four-wheeled vehicles.

Violations which most often committed by two-wheeled vehicle drivers were not wearing gloves with total 3,892 motorists. Then it followed by 3,144 motorists who didn't wear mask and 1,104 motorists who carried passengers who didn't share same address with them.

"In April, there were 1,825 four-wheeled vehicle drivers who didn't wear mask and 1,637 vehicles over capacity. For public transport fleets, there are 1,283 violators who didn't wear mask and 944 fleets which over capacity," he informed.
