Hundreds of the citizen from RW 02, 03, 07 and 08 of Palmerah Urban Village who previously lived in Grogol riverbank came to urban village office to participate in Daan Mogot low-cost flat draw , Thursday (10/9).

The relocation of citizen to Daan Mogot flat is Jakarta Provincial Government's compensation after normalizing Grogol river.

Nurhayati (55), the citizen of RT 08/02 Palmerah Urban Village, admitted that she was enthusiastic to get the unit. "I was wrong by living in government's land. So I want to move to the flat," she said.

She and the other citizens admitted still confuse about the rent cost. "We need confirmation because the first six month is free," she added.

Head of Palmerah Urban Village, Syamsuddin Noor, explained there are 58 families will occupy units in Daan Mogot flat. Related to hundreds of people who want to move, he admitted to coordinate with related unit.

"Last data is 58 families, while the others will be coordinated with related unit," he stated.
