Low-Cost Apartment Equipped with Gas Pipeline

Jakarta Industry and Energy Department is targeting eight flats in the capital can already be installed with gas pipeline until October 2015.

The supply of gas can be used for 24 hours

"Until October, I'm targeting eight flats in Jakarta can already be installed with gas pipeline," told M Haris Pindratno, Head of Jakarta Industry and Energy Department, to beritajakarta.com, Sunday (10/12).

He said gas pipeline installation is a program of the government in order to suppress subsidized fuel (BBM).

"Gas fuel use will have a positive impact for residents, considering liquid petroleum (LPG) gas price in the market continues to rise," he stated.

With gas pipeline installation, he continued, flat residents do not need to buy the 3-kg LPG anymore.

"The resident no need to up and down stair to buy the elpiji gas cylinder for daily cooking. The supply of gas can be used for 24 hours," he said.

The citizen only pay Rp 40 thousand per month in using the natural gas through pipe.

"Meanwhile, if using the gas from the cylinder, the citizen will pay 70 thousand per month," he said.

Haris added, the citizen in the capital no need to worry of the leaked pipe gas. the pipe gas in every apartment is the best quality.
