1,538 Qurban Animals in Cilandak Have Been Examined

The South Jakarta Maritime, Agriculture and Food Security Sub-agency has recorded that as many as 1,538 qurban animals in Cilandak area have been examined ahead of Idul Adha, the Islamic Day of Sacrifice, which will fall on July 31.
Based on examination results, majority of all sacrificial animals are healthy
Cilandak Sub-district KPKP Executing Unit Head Nila Kartina said, from 1,538 animals examined, 627 out of them were from Pondok Labu, 147 were from Lebak Bulus, 445 were from Cilandak Barat and 319 were Cipete Selatan.
"Based on examination results, majority of all sacrificial animals are healthy. Only one is one goat that lacks appetite and has been separated," he expressed, Monday (7/27).
KPKP Examines 45,361 Qurban Animals in JakartaHe detailed, 1,538 animals examined consisted of 981 goats, 221 were cows, 333 were sheep and 3 were buffaloes. In addition to animal health conditions, examinations also focused on shelter conditions to apply health protocols.
"Most of the health protocols have been complied with 25 owners of qurban animal shelters," he stated.
