Thousand Islands Regent has collected 44 qurban animals that will be slaughtered and shared to six urban villages. They consist of 12 cows and 32 goats from SKPD/UKPD, Baznas, resort owners and various community organizations.
Thousand Islands Vice Regent Junaedi expressed, prior to slaughtering process, animal's health and quality would be checked first at the departure piers, namely Kaliadem, Rawasaban and Tanjung Pasir.

He went on to say that there would be 10 points of slaughtering locations in order to smoothen monitoring of the qurban meat health and supervision process related to the application of health protocols.
As for the slaughtering process, his party would not involve many people, use eco-friendly container and distribute qurban meat by implementing health protocols.
