The flyover construction which will be an exit-enter access for the bus connecting the Sentra Timur Pulo Gebang's Integrated Bus Terminal Pulo and Jakarta Outer Ring Road (JORR)'s toll road, is predicted will be delayed.
Our initial plan, the flyover can be completed at the end of December this year. But its construction will be delayed due to land acquisition problem
This is because, people whose lands affected by the project are complaining to the offer of compensation from Jakarta Provincial Government.
"Our initial plan, the flyover can be completed at the end of December this year. But its construction will be delayed due to land acquisition problem," said Head of multi-level intersection division for Jakarta Public Works (DPU), Heru Suwondo, Tuesday (10/14).
Bad Smell, Citizens Demand Septic Tank Factory in Pulogebang Closed DownSuwondo explained citizens reject the taxable value of property (NJOP) offered by the East Jakarta Administration's Land Procurement Committee (P2T). The flyover itself would be made up to 1 km.
"The flyover is built as terminal access, and I hope it can be supported by locals," he expressed.
According to him, before the construction, terminal access from and to JORR toll road will use another toll road on the east side of terminal. It will be used as access toward Cakung 1 and Cakung 2 toll road Gates.
As known, some public transports that have begun to be served by such terminal are Transjakarta bus plying corridor XI (Kampung Melayu-Pulo Gebang), KWK T22 (Pulogadung Terminal-Pulo Gebang), KWK T25 (Rawamangun-Pulo Gebang) and KWK T29 (Pulogadung-Gudang Palad).
